The online shop (checkout, shipping, promotions and reviews) is part of Website + CRM, made for you. The 14 free days are on the plan you choose; what belongs to another plan you can try during those days. Prices plus VAT.

Trying it
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Create the account on the plan you want to try and use it for 14 days; anything from another plan shows its name and you can try it too. At the end, you stay on the plan by paying, without losing anything. If you don’t choose, nothing is charged. The 14 free days are for each person’s first workspace; each extra workspace has its own plan, chosen when you create it.
What happens when the 14 days end?
The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan: you can still see and export everything. If you don’t choose one, the workspace and its data are deleted 60 days after the trial ends; we email you 30 and 7 days before.
Paying, changing and cancelling
How do renewal and cancellation work?
No mensal, cancela quando quiser e o plano termina no fim do mês pago. O anual, pago ao mês, renova sozinho por mais 12 meses; avisamos por email 30 e 7 dias antes, com a data e o valor. Até ao último dia pode escolher «Não renovar» (continua a usar até ao fim do período) ou passar a mensal na renovação. No anual pago ao mês, o preço anual é devido pelos 12 meses e o pagamento mensal é uma facilidade: sair antes do fim faz vencer de uma vez as prestações que faltam (o painel mostra o valor antes de confirmar). Sem custo, pode sempre escolher «Não renovar» e usar até ao fim.
Can I change plans or switch off a module?
Whenever you like, in the workspace itself. When you change plan, the difference is settled on the next invoice. Before you move to a smaller plan, the workspace shows what will stop working and asks you to confirm. The modules (Sales and stock, Quotes…) come from Essential up; the Bookings plan has only bookings and the client list. Switching a module off only removes it from the menu: the data is kept.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries again and we email you with a link to pay. After 14 days unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only (you can view and export everything); after 30 days, only the owner can sign in, to pay or export. Once you pay, everything comes back at once and no data is ever lost because of it. If you stop paying for extra file space, your files are kept and you can view and download them; you just can’t upload new files until they fit in the plan’s space again.
