The customer gets an email the day before with the day, the time and the service. Those who forgot, remember. And, told in time, those who cannot come leave the slot free for someone else.

Add Synkora to your home screen and it opens like an app, without going through the app store. Get an alert on your phone when a new booking comes in.
Your customers can also put the booking page on their home screen, with your business name and icon.
At the end of the cut
Record the payment and see the day's Till.
When the service ends, tap «Record payment» and choose how the customer paid: cash, direct MB WAY, Multibanco, bank transfer or other. The booking is marked as paid.
The «Till» adds up what came in today, by payment method and by person, and shows what is still to collect. It is already in the Bookings plan.

How much does the booking software cost?
The Bookings plan costs €16/month plus VAT, with 3 people included. Each extra person costs €3/month, up to 5 people. Your own domain on the page costs +€2/month. The first 14 days are free, no card.
Do customers have to install anything?
No. They book on your business page, in the browser on their phone or computer. If they like, they can put it on their home screen like an app.
Does it suit hairdressers and beauty salons?
Yes. It suits any business with services by appointment: each service has a length, price and photo, and each team member has their own diary.
How do I reduce customer no-shows?

What if I also want to sell products?
The Bookings plan brings bookings and the customer list. Sales and stock come with the Essential plan; see how it works for shops on Instagram.
Where is my customers' data kept?
On servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. You can export everything as CSV whenever you like, at no cost.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
On the monthly plan, yes: the plan ends at the end of the paid month. The yearly plans have their own rules, explained on Pricing.
